Find collaborators

Collaboration calls

A single board of live “looking for co-authors” posts. Post a research idea with the skills you need, such as “empirical analyst for a paper on data protection”, or apply to someone else’s call. Filter by field, deadline and paper type.

Interest groups

Topic-based groups, such as AI governance, constitutional law or climate finance, where members share ideas and form teams.

Member directory

Search by field, method, institution, location and category, so a lawyer can find an economist or a data scientist for a joint paper.

Co-author suggestions Coming soon

Your dashboard will suggest researchers whose interests, methods and field match yours, with a weekly email of matching calls.

Work together

Authorship agreements

A simple form where the team records who contributes what and the author order before work begins, preventing disputes later.

Private project rooms Coming soon

A shared space for each research team with discussions, files and milestones, plus a contribution log for authorship decisions and CRediT statements.

Messages with consent

Private messages, only between members who have accepted contact.

Peer feedback and mentorship Coming soon

Members review each other’s drafts before submission, and experienced researchers guide early-career members and PhD scholars.

Curated opportunities and resources

Opportunities by email

Our team posts calls for papers, book reviews, edited book chapters and similar openings on the website, and emails each one to members.

Free resources

Articles on finding good journals indexed in Scopus or Web of Science, spotting predatory journals, and research writing.

Partner journals

A small, growing list of zero-fee journals that partner with CollabCite by mutual interest. They may post calls from time to time, but they are not the platform’s main offer.

Journal reports

Members report bad journals, our team reviews each report manually, and removed partner journals are listed publicly.
