Partner journals join CollabCite by mutual interest. In this early stage there are very few. They may or may not post calls, because most already have a strong author base, and they are not the main reason to join CollabCite.
The zero-fee standardEvery partner journal must charge authors nothing to publish. The only allowed cost is the actual Crossref DOI fee, disclosed upfront with proof. Partners are re-checked every year.
